We are looking for an HR Officer who will provide excellent support to the HR Business Partners by providing a comprehensive and confidential Human Resources service to the business to support the achievement of GBK goals. If you are passionate about HR and highly efficient, we would love to meet you.
Things we are looking for in the right candidate
•Proven experience as a HR Officer or has strong experience at HR Coordinator/generalist role.
•Experience in a high-volume environment is desirable
•Must have experience on advising on Employee Relations cases
•Understands Employment law, HR procedures, right to work and HR analytics
•Experience in recruitment
•Passion for talent and great with succession planning
•Proficient in Microsoft program
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
•Problem solving and decision making
•Strong ethics and reliability
•Good eye for detail
•Hard working
•Trustworthy and reliable
•Organised
•Friendly and Personable
The responsibilities include:
•Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
•Create and implement HR policies and processes across the business
•Provide advice on performance management processes
•Support the management of any employee relation cases
•Ensure that we remain legally compliant at all times
•Actively involved in recruitment by posting ads, managing the ATS, interviewing and the hiring process
•HR reporting and analytics
