Up to £20,000 + bonus

I am looking to recruit an assistant manager in Wandsworth for a market leading and rapidly expanding company working in the commercial leisure sector. They have doubled in size in the last year and have very exciting plans to continue this growth in 2019. 

They are very keen to bring in candidates who have already gained supervisory experience working within a target orientated business within retail, hospitality or sales and in return offer continuous training and development and target related bonuses.

As an assistant manager you would be responsible for:

•  Running and operating your own business unit across several sites
•  Recruiting and line management of  a number of front line staff.
•  Being responsible for converting and upselling to multiple incoming leads.
• Proactively approaching local businesses, community groups and clubs to win new business
• To manage key relationships both internally and externally.
• To look after operational compliance including health and safety and risk assessments  
• Working a combination of shifts including evenings, weekends and being the responder on call for you team.

In addition to a competitive basic salary of 20k, there are monthly bonuses of up to £200, 22 days annual holiday plus bank holidays, a pension scheme and the very genuine opportunities to develop into a GM and regional roles in the future. Given the nature of the role a driving licence would be essential. You will be given all the tools you need to work flexible hours- including company laptop, mobile phone and mileage allowance
