General Manager Vacancy - The Crown, Waltham Abbey

The Crown is at the heart of the community and a traditional local’s pub, tucked away near the Abbey. It is currently a wet lead business but offers a small traditional pub food offer. This pub requires someone who understands how to drive a strong local trade and can see the opportunities to continue to grow the business.

• Coaching and guiding the team - to get the best out of them every day
• Being able to spot talent and develop individuals to reach their potential
• Financial management of the business to deliver profit growth
• All aspects of licensing, food and health & safety compliance in line with the law

Applicants must have huge character, be able to deliver impeccable operating standards and build good teams.  This could suit a first time appointment to the role of General Manager with sufficient experience.  You must be forward thinking with huge dedication and a passion for the role.

• The appointment will commence Monday 14th January 2019
• Interviews will take place week commencing 17th December 2018
