We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Spa Supervisor that can help develop the Spa and excel in all area of the business, including financial targets, drive retail and client expectation.

The company will work with you to help you achieve your career goals with fantastic training and development and career progression on offer.

Brief Overview of Role:

* You will be responsible for leading a high performing team of Spa Therapists and Hosts and be setting the example in delivering exceptional service.
* Coach and develop the Spa Team
* Drive Spa revenue
* Support the Spa Manager to take ownership of spa responsibilities & being flexible where required in working practices.
* Duty manager for the Spa in absence of the spa & assistant manager, to complete all necessary tasks.
* To support the spa manager in all areas of the business including all operational & people duties and marketing
* You will share the company's passion for holistic treatments and are dedicated to driving the business forward.
