Chef de Partie - Ottolenghi London

Ottolenghi has a great opportunity for a dedicated Chef de Partie who is looking for a new role within a truly unique establishment.

Ottolenghi is fresh, seasonal, vegetable-heavy and prior experience in a similar setting is a must.

US:

• Up to £23k (plus quarterly bonus up to £550)
• 45 hrs per week with paid break
• Mostly straight shifts
• Company uniform and laundry provided

YOU:

• Have experience of deli-style cooking but also a heavy emphasis on catering & a la carte
• Solid capacity to work under pressure
• Passion for food
• Great time management & organisation
