Leisure Assistant - Windmill Hill Golf Centre

About your role

This is a varied role and includes but is not limited to the below areas. Promote the image of the Company by the provision of quality customer care standards. To be fully acquainted with Health & Safety procedures as they relate to the Centre, maintaining highest standards of hygiene and Health & Safety in line with legal requirements. Operate cash registers for bars/catering areas and assist with reconciliation. Collect and check the float. Fill ice buckets, and prepare lemons, etc for use. Ensure the bar is consistently clean. Count float and takings and enter onto cash return. Establish customer requirements; suggest most suitable products for customers, upsell and suggest promotions, where possible, take customer order. Process and prepare food and drink orders. Operate a range of equipment, to include coffee machine, blender, grill, dishwasher, in a safe, tidy, hygienic manner, in line with brand manual standards ( BMS ). Conduct basic record keeping tasks, such as temperature checks, wastage records. Immediately report any non-compliance to line manager, or manager on duty. Ensure all back and front of house areas are always presented in a tidy, clean and hygienic manner at all times, in line with BMS. Receive and store food and drink deliveries, in line with BMS. Prepare tables, action stations, buffets, service carts, dessert table/carts and cordial carts. Prepare and serve coffee breaks, buffet stations with appropriate food and beverages as stated in the Ops sheets. Golf experience is ideal but full training will also be given.
