Member Service at its best! You’ll be there looking after their every need, ironing shirts, polishing shoes, offering bespoke services to ensure our Members leave looking and feeling incredible. Constant variety in an ever-changing environment, you’ll be taking customer service to the next level.

We’re looking for a meticulous Club Assistant with strong interpersonal skills and great attention to detail. You’ll have the chance to work in luxurious surroundings where your efforts will make a visible difference every day.

Your job:

• Cleaning duties to ensure a high standard of cleanliness, hygiene & safety.
• Tailored additional services to our Members, including shirt ironing and shoe shining.
• Customer service; actively seek customer feedback and make improvements.
• Recording all cleaning duties and tasks on relevant checklists to maintain the company standard.
• Adhere to COSHH regulations, ensuring the correct use and storage of cleaning substances and materials.

Your commitment:

This role is full time, working 40 hours per week. Flexibility is required to meet the needs of the business; specific shift patterns include Monday-Friday (5:30am-2:30pm).

What we can’t live without:

• Thorough and with the ability to multi task, we’re looking for someone with a passion for exceeding expectations.
• Previous experience of cleaning, or working in a similar environment with a working knowledge of the safe handling and storage of cleaning materials.
• A strong customer facing background, the ability to manage your own workload alongside working unsupervised to a high level.
• Effective communication skills, and adaptable to working in a fast paced environment.
