Haulfryn Group has a fantastic opportunity for Maintenance Technician to join a growing team at Finlake Holiday Resort.

What are the responsibilities of our Maintenance Team?

You will be working as part of the leisure team in our brand new £12 million leisure complex ensuring supporting operations with PPM and reactive jobs to ensure we strive for the highest customer experience . We are looking for individuals to carry out all types of maintenance/repairs to the facility in all areas to ensure that each user experience I of 5 star standard.  You will be assisting colleagues to create a welcoming environment for our fitness members, owners and holiday makers. We are looking for reliable people who don’t mind the hard physical work involved, there is a diverse range of tasks.

To provide excellent standards of maintenance of the building's, maintaining an attractive and safe environment for members, owners and guests.

Completing health and safety checks throughout as per schedules including Fire and Water Safety checks, regular auditing of stocks and equipment.

General maintenance jobs including painting, decorating, minor repairs and up keep of internal and external areas and pre planned maintenance tasks (PPM).

Essential requirements are good numeracy and literacy skills, understand and able to apply Health and Safety procedures relevant to the job, such as: Manual Handling, Safe use of Equipment, COSHH. Experience in DIY/ practical skills with wide general maintenance also essential.

Our ideal Maintenance Technician will have the following skills and experience:

- Ability to work without supervision.

- Previous DIY/maintenance experience

- Attention to detail – we’re all about high standards

- Full driving license

Hours: 16 hours over 2 days working weekends and bank holidays on a rota basis.
