Membership Advisor

We are seeking an enthusiastic, experienced and highly motivated sales and membership advisor to operate in leisure clubs across the UK.

Key roles of the position:

• Increase club membership figures and improve retention within existing member database.

• Carry out customer needs analysis, club tours and report on monthly sales performance.

• Proactively generate leads to convert to new members.

You will be required to communicate with past, present and potential members through a number of channels in order to increase total membership numbers. You will also be required to carry out external marketing activities and corporate outreach.

We offer a basic salary of £13K in addition to commission, providing a very realistic and achievable OTE of 25K+ per annum. Each position will include free uniform where applicable and free gym membership.

You will receive initial training and ongoing support from an experienced and knowledgeable team with continued career and professional development. Experience in the leisure industry will be favourable but not essential, however, previous sales experience will be a necessity.
