We are looking for a bar supervisor with a natural passion and interest in wines, ales, spirits and with a broad knowledge of classic cocktails; coupled with the ability to ensure our guests feel relaxed, enjoy themselves and always want to come back.

The ideal candidate must be enthusiastic to provide fantastic drinks service matched unparalleled customer experience. You will have sound cocktail and spirit knowledge to assess customer preferences and make drink recommendations. You will have charisma, passion and a flair for the food and beverage industry whilst enjoying working with quality products and interesting food and drink menus. You will also have a good knowledge of how to keep a bar running smoothly back of house, line cleaning, stock taking, dealing with deliveries and ensuring the cellar is at a high standard at all times.

You must be attentive and proactive with the ability to respond quickly to the needs of the customer and managers. Have an impeccable appearance with an engaging personality. Be an excellent team player with exceptional communication skills

In order to be considered for this position you must be over 18 years old, enjoy working in a fast paced environment and thrive under pressure.

Full Time and Part Time positions available, bartender experience is essential, this is an exciting time to join an award-winning and evolving hotel group.

Shifts Monday to Sunday, including evenings and weekends, must be flexible in what hours you can work from week to week.
