Your responsibilities:

- Providing efficient, prompt, trouble free and courteous service to our guests

- Have a basic understanding of the products and services offered by the hotel and the Mandara Spa

- Adhere to hotel and Park Plaza Hotels corporate guidelines and service concepts

What we are looking for:

The ideal Fitness Centre Host will:

- Spa and/or fitness centre experience would be desirable

- A proven track record in meeting targets and deadlines

- Excellent communicator at all levels 

- Strong commercial awareness and business acumen

- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to inspire the same in others

- Have excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills and be able to connect with others live up to our mission statement: Inspiring our guests through individuality and passion!
