Fitness Coach

BBC Club has a vacancy for a qualified fitness coach with ability to teach a variety of fitness classes based at our London W1 site in Great Portland Street. This role also provides cover for Gym Managers on leave.

You will be responsible for gym inductions, assessments and programmes as well as teaching classes.  You will need to be a confident presence both on the gym floor and also in a promotional and outreach role working with membership department. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written are required. You will also ensure that the site and facilities are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and Health and Safety compliance.  When covering for managers, you will also be responsible for completing admin, cash handling and stock taking duties.

Essential requirements for the role:

Minimum of REPs level 2.

Qualified in teaching a variety of fitness classes

ETM qualified

First Aid qualified.

Candidates will need to be customer service driven, welcoming, professional, friendly and fun with excellent organisation skills and a proactive approach! Previous experience in teaching Yoga, Pilates, Zumba or similar classes is not essential but would be an advantage.
