bst currently run two sites, our flagship site in Basingstoke and our second most recently launched in Newbury.  We’ve got big plans and you’ll be part of them!

We’re seeking an experienced, high achieving Regional Manager to join our Senior Leadership Team.  The Regional Manager role is new for the Trust and is all about delivering our ambition of new Clubs, excellence in health and fitness and expanding fitness and wellbeing into the heart of our local communities.

Based at our Head Office in Basingstoke, the Regional Manager role is a permanent position that benefits from a very competitive salary, stakeholder pension and use of facilities.  Relocation expenses will also be considered.

Reporting directly to and deputising for our Chief Executive, you will have a demonstrable track record of delivering and successfully managing new projects, maximising the return from health and fitness activities and encouraging healthier lifestyles through a range of wellbeing activities.

Commercial experience is key.  Knowledge and understanding of property acquisition along with the launch of new sites would be advantageous.  Importantly, you need to have drive, determination and the ability to work as well on your own as you do as part of our team.
