HR Regional Business Partner - Hollywood Bowl, Southern Region

£40,000 (OTE of £48,000)

Be the complete HRBP. 

Working in partnership with your Regional Support Manager, Recruitment Manager, Talent Director, HR colleagues and the whole Regional Team to develop and implement an inspirational people strategy. This is your chance to become the complete Business Partner, supporting 15 of our centres in the South:

• Owning the transactional day-to-day responsibilities for ER
• Talent Management
• Succession Planning
• Appraisals & Performance Management
• Development and Induction
• Drive manpower, succession planning and training needs
• Support organisational change programmes, including TUPE and new centre openings
• Implement the annual performance management and pay appraisals
• Maintain the talent matrix
• Monitor the performance and support the development of all internal talent aligned to retention KPI’s
• Making a real difference and helping drive people performance, in the ever-changing leisure sector!- 

Be the Expert. 

• You're an HR professional with industry experience in multi-site HR operations, with;
• a leisure, hospitality or retail sector background.
• Building and developing strong relationships is your thing - you're engaging, approachable, and a Key Influencer!
• To fit our fast-paced, ever-changing world, you're resilient, flexible, and can piece together your calendar better than a game of Tetris!
• You have strong commercial awareness, with, an operational background, ideally!
