We are looking for a Learning & Development (L&D) Business Partner (BP) to provide learning solutions that are innovative, tangible and fit for purpose.

Your job:

Reporting into the Head of Talent & Development, the main responsibilities of the Learning & Development Business Partner include:

• Business partner with subject matter experts to scope learning needs.
• Ensuring design of learning solutions are in line with design framework and fit for purpose.
• Work closely with the Apprenticeship Manager to ensure the Evolve Management Development Apprenticeship Programme content is reflective of the Education Skills Funding Agency (ESFA) funding requirements and Institute of Leadership & Management (ILM) framework.
• Deliver the Evolve Management Development Apprenticeship Programme and other learning solutions, maintaining a consistently high standard of presentation.
• Upskill and coordinate business super-users outside of the L&D team.
• Review, identify changes & make recommendations regarding learning content delivery, ensuring it is fit for purpose and industry leading.
• Being the project lead for the Evolve Management Development Apprenticeship Programme content.

Your commitment:

Based in our Barbican Support Office, this is a full time role working typical office hours, with the need for some flexibility.
