We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Consultant with a positive attitude working in a sales / customer-driven environment. You'll have a drive for success, a passion for an excellent service and want to work in a stimulating, fast-paced and results-driven organisation.

We want our staff to realise their potential, that’s why we invest a lot of time in our staff and give them the opportunity to progress. Reporting to the Marketing and Sales Manager, you will be responsible for generating leads; phone calling potential clients and be competent in closing the sales in order to assist the team in achieving monthly sales targets. You must be results driven, a confident and competent communicator, self-motivated and understand the importance of being a real team player.

Responsibilities:

Generating sales leads through outreach activities and corporate events.

  • Working through your sales cycle to maximise new member influx.
  • Achieving daily and monthly sales targets as an individual and as part of a team.
  • Inspiring new and prospective members to join our clubs by completing a needs analysis and getting to know what your customer wants.
  • Proactively managing your sales pipeline to hit your commission targets.
  • Being passionate about fitness and the amazing product you are selling.
  • Participating and contributing on strategy and content at weekly KPI, Sales and  Marketing meetings.
  • Contribute creative ideas to the team to boost marketing plan
  • Work well as a team and on their own

The successful applicant will be self-driven to succeed. Ideally you will have your own transport.
