We are looking for a Reservations Co-ordinator to join the Central Reservations team who prides themselves on delivering excellent customer service, and exceeding customer expectations. The is a full time position working 40 hours per week over five days to include weekends and evenings until 9.30pm
Harbour Hotels is a collection of prestigious hotels and venues nestled in some of the most beautiful locations throughout the South. Our luxury portfolio spans coastal, country and city locations.
Based at Harbour House – Head Office of Harbour Hotels, Christchurch; the role will involve taking both bedroom and restaurant reservations for all 13 hotels within the group in a fast paced environment, where attention to detail is key.
Skills & attributes:
- Excellent and confident telephone manner
- Good verbal and written skills, providing a friendly yet professional tone
- Ability to multi task, dealing with constant incoming calls whilst responding to emails.
- Computer literate with experience using Microsoft Office
- Experience in the customer service industry, having a natural flair and passion for sales
- Previous hotel reservation or call centre experience desirable but not essential as full training will be given
