We’ve got an exciting opportunity for a Unit Manager at Costa Coffee in Southampton Airport.

Costa Coffee in Southampton Airport is a franchise operated by TRG Concessions, part of The Restaurant Group, one of the largest airport hospitality companies in the UK. The Restaurant Group operates highly successful brands such as Frankie & Benny’s, Chiquito, Garfunkel’s.

The role of Unit Manager:

You'll be passionate about customer service, love great coffee and be almost fanatical about driving the business forward.
You will lead your team to serve quality food and drink, and you will be responsible for every aspect of the business.

With a natural enthusiasm for the task at hand, you’ll be able to share this zeal with the team and motivate them to higher standards.
You will be an experienced manager in the hospitality industry.

Please note:

Airport shifts may start at 4.00am, so please only apply if you are able to get to Southampton Airport for this time.
You must be able to provide five full years employment/education references from the date of application.
You must pass a criminal record check.
As part of your probation period, six week's training will be offered at a location other than at Southampton Airport.
