Swimming Nature is a market-leading swimming lesson provider, emphasising on the mechanics of learning to swim correctly, efficiently and beautifully.

The role of Sales Team Leader will be to proactively lead & drive our sales processes, develop a sales and KPI focussed culture, be accountable for delivering budgeted sales targets and manage the performance of your team members

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver your own sales targets and lead by example
• Deliver sales targets to ensure student growth
• Develop sales team through mentoring, leadership, performance and KPI management
• Able to react to drop in performance by creatively implementing sales initiatives

You will ideally have sales or account management experience, but not essential as full training will be provided. An understanding of swimming would be advantageous, but is not essential.

Based in Bayswater in an exciting office shared with our Marketing, Customer Services and Senior Management team, this offers the opportunity to share best practice and learn from those around you on a day to day basis.
