With six beautiful treatment rooms and exceptional health, fitness and well-being facilities, Bailiffscourt Spa is one of the most luxurious spas in the South of England. You will dynamically lead your team to the highest possible service, operational and cleanliness standards. Working for Bailiffscourt Hotel and Spa is about passion and drive. Our customers come first and we strive to find people who can deliver exemplary customer service. We are looking for a dynamic, well presented and commercially aware candidate with at least 2 years’ experience in Leisure Management. You will be responsible for the effective running of the Spa, assisting with developing and managing a cohesive, knowledgeable and service orientated team. We expect you to treat the Spa like it’s your own – you will be very hands-on, getting to know your customers and the staff around you, whilst ensuring that the Spa is beautifully presented, maintained and ultimately meeting its targets. You will work closely with our pool plant equipment, training your team and ensuring that the spa facilities are in good working order. We require a leader who can motivate and support their team and who will strive to achieve perfection. Communication is key so you will be articulate, demonstrating an outstanding level of spoken and written English.

What are we looking for?

• Recognised qualifications in the spa/leisure industry to show how talented you are – Hospitality awards or leisure qualifications are desirable. Remember, we are looking for someone to operate the spa day-to-day with good operational knowledge.
• A confident, warm and welcoming personality with a natural desire to serve and exceed expectations of guests and colleagues.
• A pro-active stance to always look to improve standards and service.
• Flexible in attitude, approach and working hours (to include weekends).
