Right now we are looking for a full time Client Services Lead to join the team at our large corporate facility in Newbury.

About the Role

The Client Services Lead will be responsible for delivering and ensuring professional customer service for a number of wellbeing services within our corporate offering. There will be a focus on diary management, resource planning and membership administration within the role.

Helping us to create a friendly, relaxing and professional environment you will ensure the smooth running of the member journey, supporting two Client Service Advisors dealing with clinical bookings, membership queries along with the diary management for our Health Assessment programme. You will be responsible for providing reports on statistics regarding membership and clinical bookings to the Programme Director each month.

You have outstanding communication and customer service skills ideally gained within a leisure or hospitality role. You're approachable, personable and able to adapt to different situations, always keen to delight customers and improve their experience. You're an energetic team player with exceptional planning and organising skills.

Key Requirements
* Supervisory experience
* Experience in administrative/office environment
* Confident communicator with ability to engage effectively with general public and team members
* Competent and confident IT user - intermediate/advanced stills in Outlook/Word/Excel
* High quality of client service and interaction
