As our Rate Load Coordinator ensure accurate and up to date information is in all distribution systems and all subsequent systems at all times in order to produce accurate forecasting.

Liaise with hotels and other departments with respect to hotel information, rate and descriptive information as well as inventory processing to ensure maximum utilisation of the reservation system by Village Hotels. you will know and understand what it means to deliver amazing hospitality and will thrive on the challenge of always exceeding guest’s expectations. You will be expected to achieve a level of service through the constant monitoring of our established brand standards. As a result, you should be highly attentive to detail and be capable of delivering consistent standards. You should have a can do attitude. In this type of industry teamwork is key; you should be a strong team player willing to lend a hand wherever needed.

You must have experience in a similar environment with the knowledge and confidence to deliver the role described below.

The Role

  • Work with and provide accurate rate loading and support via the CRS/PMS, GDS, IBE, OTA (Online Travel Agents), RMS, Corporate Booking Tool and Siteminder Channel Manager or similar systems. Ensure rate loading, descriptions and inventory tasks are performed with high level attention to detail. Maintain master list of corporate accounts and travel agencies. Provide rate data entry and support.  This includes rate and descriptive information as well as inventory processing and revenue support tasks.

The Requirements

  • Provide confident and accurate information as well as being pro active. Deal with questions in a knowledgeable and professional manner. Work as part of a team providing support to colleagues and external suppliers. Liaise with external Support Team offices in an efficient manner. Liaise effectively with Support Centre colleagues, hotel teams and external suppliers if there are problems, using emails and phone calls. Achieve targets and performance standards.
