Full time position, up to £30,000 package - Excellent training and opportunities for progression to Head Chef
Plus paid overtime, safety shoes, meals, discount card, pension, holiday pay

· Strong motivational skills and proven ability to influence and coach people
· A great team player with good organisational skills and the temperament to thrive in a very busy kitchen
· An unquestionable passion for food quality
· An approachable manner and a 'can do' attitude
· An eye for detail and the ability to consistently maintain standards within due diligence and compliance, and ensure meals are produced to specification
