The Ideal Person:

The ideal Breakfast Chef will have current experience as a Breakfast Chef within a hotel, preferably of a 4* standard. You should be able to work in a flexible and motivated manner with excellent organisation and time management skills.

Essentially in the role you will:

• Prepare, cook and present dishes breakfast to the highest standards for our guests
• Take responsibility for the mis-en-place for the Breakfast Section and the breakfast production and service
• Ensure you and your team have highest of standards of cleanliness, food hygiene and health and safety.
