Responsibilities will include:

• Opening and closing the kitchen
• Following HACCP and due diligence procedures
• Stock rotation and control
• Maintaining a high level of standards and cleanliness
• Receiving deliveries
• Preparing food for service
• Delivering excellent food and service at all times
