MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences and Events) are key to our business and therefore as C&E Attendant your role is vital in ensuring that rooms are set up and equipped correctly for the organiser’s specific meeting / conference / event in accordance with guest requirements and in line with the Company standards.

The operational C&E role is varied, serving refreshments to guests during their meeting / conference / event at the time specified by the guest and ensuring that these are to a high standard.

The role involves responding to guest requests in a timely and professional manner and maximising sales opportunities at every turn.

To succeed as C&E Attendant, you will have a great eye for detail and passion to deliver excellent customer service.

No previous experience is required as full training will be given, however previous experience in similar job roles will be advantageous such as MICE, Restaurant team member, Restaurant Attendant, Bar person, Bar Attendant, Barman, Cocktail, Waitress, Waiter, Food and Beverage team member, F&B team member, Food and Beverage Attendant, F&B Attendant, Waiting team member, Banquet Team Member, Banquet Attendant, Banqueting, Silver Service, Events Attendant, Events team member, Conference Banqueting Attendant.
