The role:

• To assist the Recruitment Lead with all recruitment activities within The Gym Group and to effectively assist with current vacancies as per the vacancy list
• To effectively advertise and manage all managerial vacancies internally and externally
• To assist with screening, interview scheduling and regretting of candidates for Management positions whilst tracking the journey through to offer stage
• To source CVs and build a pipeline for new openings in accordance with Regional Managers plans for site
• To track and report accurately on all activity
• To maintain accurate filing of CV's in line with GDPR, regret templates etc. to comply with company legislation and GDPR
• To manage all social media platforms and Intranet using high quality materials with daily updates and news
• To advertise and promote Personal Trainer recruitment days
• To assist the Head of recruitment in the maintenance of the vacancy list and updating accordingly
• To manage job boards activity ensuring vacancies advertised are accurately against our brand, the vacancy list whilst championing the business ad our great culture!

What do you need to be our new Recruitment hero?

• Up to 2 years recruitment experience in-house or agency is essential
• Experience in sourcing, screening and interviewing
• Previous experience in shortlisting operational managers in a similar industry such as leisure, retail or hospitality
• A keen passion/interest for the fitness industry would be ideal
• Be a social media wizard!
• Adaptable and personable attitude
• Proactive and innovative mindset
• We like to have fun and think outside the box so creativity is key
