Location: Bangor Aurora, 3 Valentine Road, Co-Down, N.Ireland, BT20 4TH

Working Hours/Patten: Casual

Salary: £9.16 Per Hour

We are currently recruiting for Casual Receptionist's to work as and when required by the business between Monday to Sunday.

Bangor Aurora Aquatic and Leisure Complex is a £38 m leisure facility which includes the development of Northern Ireland’s first FINA standard 50 metre swimming pool and a £15 m investment from the Department of Culture, Arts and Leisure (DCAL) administered by Sport Northern Ireland.  The complex offers an excellent choice of sporting and leisure facilities. Purpose Of Job

To provide front line customer service within a busy Front of House / Leisure Facility.

Principal Duties

  • Provide excellent customer service to all our customers internal and external
  • Ensure a continuous availability of customer information and leaflets
  • Dealing with customer enquiries face to face, telephone and email
  • Taking customer bookings at reception desk and by telephone
  • Deal with customer compliments and complaints
  • Meet membersip, retention and sales targets
  • Organise retail stock displays and determine best sellers
  • Processing of payments through POS system and reconciling monies
  • Organise the FOH area and keep to a high standard of cleanliness

Qualification Level

  • Maths and English level C or equivalent
  • Training for customer care and Disability awareness will be offered.

Experience Level

Must be able to demonstrate previous experience of dealing face to face with customers in a busy Front of House environment.  Previous cash handling experience is essential and experience with operating a computerised booking & POS system.
