This is an exciting opportunity for an Analyst to help deliver even better holidays for our P&O Cruises guests, from within our growing Guest Experience team.

The Role

We are currently recruiting an Analyst to join the Performance Delivery team on a permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to drive performance by keeping the business focused on the activity that really makes a difference to our guests and colleagues. You will collect and interpret key business information, turning insight into recommendations and priorities that will deliver a great guest experience, unforgettable holiday happiness and successful business performance! 

You’ll make sure we use of all of the business insight and information available to make fact based conclusions. Coordinating and collecting evidence, creating reports, and presentations that is informative, fun and easy to understand. You’ll help to influence others across the business to focus on, and stick to the important stuff.

About You

We expect you to have experience with interpreting and understanding complex data-sets, drawing on evidence and creating reports in a simple and impactful manner. You would have ideally worked in a large organisation and interacted with various stakeholders within the business. You will have good communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to engage with stakeholders at different levels and adapt communication style and approach as necessary.

Understanding of business budgets and financial costs would benefit this role although not essential.
