Salary 24-28k + bonus and benefits



We are currently seeking a Store Manager to lead a brand-new operation with our client, who are opening their first UK store in Manchester.



Our client operates a healthy fast food brand, offering fresh, clean and nutritious food, served quickly. All menu choices are prepared freshly from your choice of ingredients with a create your own menu or a full menu at the counter, before being sent to an open kitchen to be freshly chopped for you.



With over 50 stores in Ireland, our client opens their first UK store in January, with the aim of having a portfolio of 200 stores in over the next 5 years.



Key Responsibilities of the role include:



* Ensure all company systems, standards and procedure are adhered to at all times.
* To manage and be fully accountable for the day to day operation.
* Take ownership for all recruitment, training and developing of staff.
* Assist with marketing and brand promotion for the new opening.
* To deliver on agreed KPI's, managing staff to ensure these are being hit.
* Take accountability for all H&S, audits and food safety.



The successful applicant will need to be able to spend 1-2 weeks in Ireland for training to experience the brand before coming back to the UK to do the pre-opening.



Training support will be available for the first 2-3 months on site, with ongoing support from head office.
