Chefs - The Waggon Inn - Uppermill, Oldham

We are currently looking for experienced chefs of all levels used to working in a busy kitchen environment to join our team.

Duties include

• Working with our Chef Patron to execute our menus to the highest level
• Working alone and with other chefs on sections
• Food preparation
• Menu ideas and implementation
• Cleaning to ensure hygienic preparation and cooking areas at all times
• Compliance with all Food Standards Health and Hygiene regulation including COSHH and HACCP

Job Type

Full Time Salary:

• £16,000 upwards dependent on experience and job role
• Part Time rate:
• £7.50 - £8.00 per hour
• Bonus scheme
• 28 days holiday per year
