Salary £21,000 starting with a review after 3 months
The Broad Oak Pub Company is a rapidly expanding family owned pub group based in the heart of Cheshire.
In the role you will need to be responsible for
- Leading the kitchen, covering the head chefs days off
- Ordering & stock rotation of all foods
- Ensuring all company due diligence is carried out.
- Preparing & cooking the menu
- Working alongside the team to achieve the company food margin
- Maintaining a high standard of service to exceed customer expectation
- Helping the team to ensure 5 Star “score on the doors “is achieved.
To succeed in the role you will need
- Prior experience in a similar role
- A good working knowledge of food & cooking techniques
- To be able to work using your own initiative
- Patience while working under pressure
- Self-motivation with strong organisational skills
- Ability to cook & present the menu to a consistent high standard
- To be willing to undergo any training
- To work under pressure & work safely within food legislation
