An opportunity is now available for a dedicated hospitality professional to join our team in The River Lee, Cork as our Operations Manager.

This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced Operations Manager or senior Head of Department, to join the River Lee senior management team.

After an extensive refurbishment of the restaurant, bar and banqueting space in 2018 and further projects in the pipeline for 2019, it is an exciting time to join the River Lee. With the support of a strong management team, our Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing and supporting the operations, in particular the Food, Beverage and banqueting outlets, while maintaining consistent service and guest satisfaction.

As Operations Manager, you will be a hands-on Manager, knowledgeable about all departments within the hotel, proactive in your management style and skilled at leading and motivating the team.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced operator, having worked in 4* or 5* properties with extensive food and beverage operations.
