Job Details
Nuffield Health are looking for a full time Duty Manager to join the team at the Edinburgh Fountain Park Fitness and Wellbeing Centre.
We are looking for a Duty Manager who demonstrates excellent customer service and can help build our membership base. Sales experience is desirable.
About the Role
You'll be responsible for the smooth running of the centre through member, customer and team interaction. That means everything from leading staff and maintaining quality standards in all areas, to conducting tours and resolving issues as quickly as possible. You'll also oversee health and safety, and help achieve sales targets.
As well as being organised and a confident communicator, you have leadership experience in a similar environment and understand the importance of being a team player. You bring enthusiasm, a passion for excellent customer service and a 'can-do' attitude.
The role will include specific responsibility for member management and club administration.
