Receptionist- our expectation

Greet and welcome the guest on arrival at the hotel and escort them to their suite.

To perform check in and check out as per the policy and procedure.

To be aware of hotel facilities and services at all times and to give information on the same in accordance with the hotel policy.

To have a thorough knowledge of the operation of the computer systems relevant to the concierge.

Be positioned in the lobby during peak times.

To participate in any training sessions as and when required.
