General Manager- Fitness & Leisure -Dulwich -Circa £45,000 + £12,000 bonus+ benefits

Our client is a leading leisure brand committed to promoting a healthy active lifestyle and renowned for offering a fantastic customer experience and developing their people.

We are looking for a commercial General Manager for their stunning flagship South East London site in Dulwich that has recently undergone a refurbishment and incorporates a large state-of the art-gym, extensive group exercise programme, swimming pools with a large pool programme, café and creche.

To apply for this post you will already be a high performing General Manager within the leisure industry who is passionate about health and fitness and obsessive about delivering a fantastic customer experience. You will be an inspirational leader, hands-on and collaborative in your approach and strong on coaching and developing team members to always be the best they can be every day.

The package includes a competitive basic depending on experience, £12,000 bonus potential, contributory pension and the biggest benefit is the investment into your professional development to enable you to progress into multisite management.
