Recruitment assistant- Wandsworth up to 23K



I am currently recruiting for a bright enthusiastic candidate who is passionate about recruitment. The role is based in a young and fun office and you will be responsible for generating and processing recruitment leads and promoting the recruitment for multiple sites. The company operates within a sporting industry so if you like sports this will be an advantage!



The main responsibilities would include

* Generating quality leads for recruiting candidates by developing relationships within the industry and the greater reach
* Supporting with recruitment by leading screening processes and passing leads
* Using social media and job boards to source candidates
* Working towards targets to ensure a pipeline of candidates is readily available for the growing business



I am keen to talk to candidates who have worked within target driven environments who have ideally had recruitment experience or alternatively have HR qualifications and wish to develop as an internal recruiter. Although the role is process driven those with the creative flair will excel



The role requires you to work Monday- Friday 9-5.30pm but there may also be the need to work sporadically an evening or weekend where time would be given in lieu. There is also a bonus scheme based on overachievement
