Recently celebrating its 50th anniversary, the Royal Lancaster London, a Preferred Hotels & Resorts 5-star hotel, has newly completed a spectacular and extensive full renovation. Overlooking Hyde Park with stunning 18th floor views of London, the hotel is only moments from Park Lane and Oxford Street. Comprising of 411 guest rooms and suites, the hotel additionally offers an array of culinary options, with 3 restaurants and 2 bars, as well as 16 meetings and events spaces.
Due to the addition and completion of the extensive renovation of the hotel’s food and beverage outlets, an opportunity has arisen for a detail orientated Chef de Partie to join our fantastic team.

Your key responsibilities as a Chef de Partie will include:
• Ensuring all mise en place is stored, date coded and rotated in line with food safety policy
• Training and developing the team, including apprentice chefs
• Completing daily food safety check sheet temperature and fridge temperature recordings
• Carrying out reasonable requesting ensuring the quality of work is in line with our standards
• Communicating ideas and suggestions for the department that may improve quality and performance
