Practice Manager - Pure Sports Medicine Bank
We’re looking for a highly motivated Practice Manager to join our Bank Clinic.
The Role:
The Practice Manager is responsible for the smooth running of the clinic, ensuring ‘the patient experience’ is at the fore, and all performance and quality standards are met.
Working closely with the Clinical Manager, the Practice Manager will deliver excellence in the following key areas:
- Patient Experience
- Regulatory Compliance
- Facilities
- Leadership & Management
- Finance
- Marketing, Print and Production
- Business Development
Your Skills:
- An excellent communicator
- Able to establish and maintain a positive working environment
- Able to work well under pressure
- Flexible and dynamic in your approach
- Motivated and focused

Your Experience:
- 2 – 3 years experience of managing a multi-disciplinary team within private healthcare
- Excellent organisational skills with good attention to detail
- A self starter with a passion for customer service
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- A high level of confidence and the ability to instil confidence in others
- Experience with facility management
Hours: 40 hours per week Monday to Friday. Normal hours of work 09:00 – 18:00 0r 08:00 – 17:00 with 1 hour for lunch. Some unsociable hours required. As Practice Manager you are required to be the out of hours liaison manager.
Business Function: Clinic Management
Reports to: Operations Manager
Annual Leave: 22 days per annum plus Bank Holidays

This is a dual role containing the usual receptionist activities with those more akin to a medical secretary. Provision of administrative and logistical support to clinicians, to ensure an efficient and professional service to patients and other medical practitioners
