Sales Manager

A highly desirable role working for one of the premier hotels in Bedfordshire.

A five star hotel with a reputation for excellence and customer delight, is seeking a sales manager to join their team working closely with the General Manager. The role will be office based with time also spent in the field at appointments and meetings.

The Sales Manager must:

• Effectively manage their own time and workload
• Possess excellent communication skills to showcase the hotel to potential clients
• Source, develop and grow revenue from all avenues, maximising upselling opportunities.
• Deliver first class customer service to every client.
• Ensure sales targets are achieved
• Be proactive in driving forward sales opportunities across the hotel
• Be a car owner/drive
• Have previous experience within hospitality sales, ideally within a 4 or 5 star setting
