GBK is looking for an internal Recruitment Manager to join our fabulous People Team, showing others how they can create their journey in GBK.

This is a very exciting opportunity for someone to put their own stamp on things.  If you love all things recruitment this is the role for you.  You will be looking after the external attraction for all roles, interviewing external candidates, upskilling of our managers and supporting the senior team in finding the best possible GBKer’s.

You will work closely with the HRBP’s to look at the external vacancies needed as well as be a part of talent planning sessions to identity future talent in the business.

The guru of the ATS and careers site, you will be in charge of weekly and monthly reporting and updating the Head of HR in the status of each role, as well as keeping the ATS and careers site up to date to attract the right people to GBK.  This will include GDPR cleansing, supporting mangers in day to day queries, authorisation of vacancies and advert writing.

This would suit someone who is a Recruitment Manager wanting to develop their skills and have full accountability of a Recruitment function.

This role is based in primarily in our London office with some travel from time to time.
