Permanent, full-time, 40 hours per week

Flexible work pattern will include evenings and weekends as required

Harrow School are seeking a Chef de Partie join their busy Catering department. The team provides a high standard of food for boys aged between 13 and 18 years, teachers and support staff, and for School conferences and functions.

We are looking to appoint an experienced Chef de Partie to join our busy and friendly, very modern kitchen. You will be passionate about ingredients, value for money, quality and customer service, in addition to being able to work alone on smaller high-end events and dinners. You will also ensure that the highest standards of service and cleanliness are maintained at all times.

Applicants should have demonstrable kitchen experience in a mass-catering operation or high-end hospitality kitchen. A NVQ Level 1 or 2 (or equivalent), City and Guilds 706/1 & 2 (or equivalent) and a current food hygiene certification recognised in the UK hospitality industry is essential.
