Contract Length Up to 3 months fixed term contract

Job Function: Responsible for managing the night team in consistently delivering a safe and welcoming environment for guests and staff whilst maximising revenues and maintaining a professional approach in all encounters.

Main Responsibilities:

1 Overall supervision and responsibility for the 2 hotel buildings including all operating F&B outlets during the shift.
2 Assuming and demonstrating the role of senior manager on duty during the rostered night hours
3 Responsible for ensuring excellent communications between Day and Night teams
4 Ensuring for the safe-keeping and administration of the main DM safe and all monies during the night
5 Responsible for the training and performance management of Night staff
6 Ensuring and supporting the best possible manning of all areas in line with business expectations
7 Being familiar with, and delivering, all relevant CFC and M&C SOPs to standard
8 Ensuring and being able to demonstrate confidence and competence in all emergency procedures.
9 To efficiently manage hotel availability such that revenue opportunities are maximised
10 Ensuring the Night team are best served and able to manage guest expectations, concerns and queries, which includes being familiar with products and promotions available to guests.
11 Management of all operating systems required and active during the night hours - this includes, but is not limited to, Opera, CRS, Micros, Techlive.
12 Being able and confident to deliver efficient accident reporting and First Aid
13 Adherence to all credit and financial procedures as laid out by CFC and M&C.
14 The smooth running and delivery of all night audit requirements
15 Demonstrating good and efficient working relationships with support teams at night across the Stadium and with other M&C night teams.
16 Organise department's rotas and staff holiday's requests.
17 Ensuring the attendance of all night staff to all statutory training
18 Being responsible for the safe service of alcohol
19 To be a smart, personable and professional ambassador for M&C and CFC.

Person Specification:

1 Valid working visa for the UK (min 18 months)
2 Able to work night shifts
3 Experience of managing a front desk team.
4 Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
5 Committed to delivering excellent customer service both face to face and telephone
6 Experience of working in a busy environment
7 Flexible to adapt to changing priorities
8 Excellent presentation skills
9 Previous staff training experience
10 Good knowledge of health and safety
