We are currently looking for a passionate and customer focused Head Receptionist to join and lead our friendly team.

As our Head Receptionist you will be responsible for assisting with the effective running of reception, guiding the team of receptionists to ensure all guests are greeted with the warmest of smiles and that all duties are completed to a high standard.

You will be somebody that thrives in ensuring that every guest experience is as good as it can be as well as encouraging and motivating the rest of the team to be their best. Attention to detail is key and you will work closely with the Front of House manager to ensure that best practices are established and followed.

Experience in a similar role is essential and experience of using OPERA as a property management system is desirable.

Our hotel is nestled in the Mendip Hills between Bristol and Bath and as such is not accessible by public transport. It is therefore necessary to have access to your own transport.
