Engineering Manager

We are looking for an enthusiastic, talented and dedicated Engineering Manager to join our team here at the Bulgari Hotel London.

Reporting to the Director of Engineering, you will be responsible to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the Engineering department (under the guidance of the Director of Engineering) and within the limits of the Bulgari Hotel London policies and procedures. You will supervise and motivate the Engineering team whilst ensuring that the general maintenance of the Hotel is maintained to an agreed standard of decoration and physical repair. You will fully participate in all the Health and Safety Programs in the hotel.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to demonstrate proven success in a leadership role in the Engineering Department, delivery of impeccable service and strong commercial acumen is essential for this position.

To be successful in your application you will already have experience from within a luxury service environment along with an excellent understanding of the 5-star hospitality industry. You will be an immaculately presented individual who possesses informal yet impeccable customer service skills with your ability to engage with our guests being one of your greatest assets.

We encourage a diverse workforce however you will be required to have good levels of written and spoken English and be eligible to work in the UK. Fluency in a second language would be beneficial.
