This is you and we need your keen eye for detail, passion for people, empathy and understanding to join our People team as our People Team Coordinator at Emirates Stadium, home to Arsenal FC. This role will support the booking and administration of event day and non-event day staff, and will liaise with operations teams to ensure the best quality staff and correct skill set are utilised across the venue. 

Duties will include working and liaising with the operations team and administrators to book and support the staffing requirements for the business, ensuring appropriate levels of staff have been booked and confirmed for work, maintaining consistency of staff throughout the stadium, assisting in the preparation of uniform ahead of events whilst supporting the People Operations Manager and Head of People in driving high standards of service required to customers and clients. 

This role is offered with a guaranteed hour basis of 40 hours per week, paying £10,50 per hour which will include working match/weekdays days in accordance with the Emirates fixtures.
