Junior Sous Chef - 45 hrs per week (Including evenings & weekends)
To assist in managing the kitchen in a professional manner, and to consistently produce food to the standard specified
Following the requirements of kitchen hygiene and food monitoring.
Stock rotation and reduction of food waste.
Ensuring a smooth and professional food service.
Liaising with the restaurant manager with regard to menu and dietary requirements.
Running of each area of the kitchen as required.
To work within Health & Safety Regulations, and all other legislative constraints and to report any breaches to management.
To promote teamwork within own and other departments
Customer Service to both internal and external customers
Maintaining kitchen hygiene and food monitoring
Maintaining required food quality and presentation standards
Liaising with management and front of house with regards to business requirements.
