Our Slots Hosts make sure that everyone who plays in our Slots Area feels included and excited about the range of games and machines we have in our slots areas. A big part of the role is explaining the games, making sure people understand how to play them, so you’ll need to be good at talking to people and explaining instructions. You’ll also need to make sure players feel welcome in the Slots Areas, which means making sure they can order drinks, food and just being confident to engage with them and can strike up a conversation. It’s a role where the little things do mean a lot, so remembering names of regular players, or being able to spot when someone is a bit stuck are important.
