We're looking for a Head Chef to join the team at White Truffle Events.
White Truffle Events was established in 2015 as the recommended catering company of two of the most popular venues in the Surrey/Hampshire area, Froyle Park and Northbrook Park. White Truffle Events offers a flexible, contemporary and customer focused range of catering options. We specialise in traditional and contemporary cuisine for all occasions and event styles catering mainly for weddings but also able to manage birthdays, anniversaries, christenings, dinner parties, buffets, barbeques, corporate hospitality events and business meetings.
We have a superb opportunity for a Head Chef to join the bar team who is experienced in working in a high volume restaurant or Banqueting Kitchen serving fresh quality food. You will need to have a minimum of two years’ experience of working at Junior Sous/Sous Chef level and be capable of running the kitchen in the Head Chef’s absence. Proficiency in achieving FCOS targets and familiarity with current food hygiene legislation including kitchen risk assessments is essential. A passion for creating great dishes and managing a vibrant team is must.
