Packaging Administrator - Burton-On-Trent
The role will involve: Working closely with all internal and external contacts with regards to order and delivery processes and general queries via telephone and email. Processing confirmations in SAP. Completing general administration in a busy Packaging office including delivery note scanning. Dealing with Customer Queries Booking in Beer Deliveries in and out Filtration Paperwork Delivery paperwork and ABV paperworkThe working hours for this role are days, but there is a requirement to be flexible when the business requires which requires some extended workingThe ideal candidate will: Have great attention to detail. Be reliable with a friendly, outgoing, assertive manner and have excellent telephone skills. Have the ability to work well under pressure and to deadlines. Be able to work under their own initiative and as part of a small team. Have experience of performing a broad range of administrative tasks to a high standard. Be committed to achieving and maintaining exemplary standards. Be able to prioritise tasks and to progress a number of queries simultaneously. Have intermediate IT and system skills including experience of using Microsoft products. Knowledge of EMCS and SAP would be beneficial but software training will be provided where necessary.If this role looks of interest then please apply and a member of the team will be in touch.
